How can I pay for my order? 
We use PayPal and accept all major credit cards.

When will my order be shipped?
Most items ship within 5 business days or sooner by USPS. You will receive an order confirmation after your order and when it ships. You can always check your order status by logging onto your account. If you have a special request to ship sooner or to ship via Priority Mail, please note it on your order and email us as well and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Note: If Liz is away at a show it may take longer to ship your order. If it is urgent please email us at Lizmitchelldesigns@gmail.com.

I want to order a gift
Great! If your order is a gift just let us know and we won’t include any pricing information in the box. In fact, we’ll be glad to ship it directly to the recipient if you provide their address. If you would like a note included with the gift, just let us know what you would like to say.

Oops – I changed my mind
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 10 days receipt of the product. You will be responsible for any return shipping plus insurance and packing the piece securely and carefully to ensure its safe arrival. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information.

Gifts are a different circumstance and the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within a reasonable amount of time.

Help! My order arrived broken!
We’re sorry about that. We ship all the time and occasionally there is a mishap and an item will arrive broken. Save all packing materials so we can file a claim. Your broken item will not be replaced unless you follow this policy. Please email us immediately for return instructions and of course we will replace the item.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and with the exception of custom orders, you may return your item for store credit within 10 days of receipt. Please use the Contact Us section, or email us at info@lizmitchelldesigns.com for return instructions.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. You are responsible for items damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, we will pay the return-shipping costs.

In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus any shipping costs. We don't give credit for shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
